Founder and Artistic Direction

Teresa Spangler has performed professionally as a singer and musician and understands intimately the challenges of reaching one’s potential in the arts. She also is a former V.P. of Sales for Red Hat Software and a highly successful leader for a variety of companies. She founded Creative Leadership Adventures, LLC in 2001, a for profit consultancy focusing on human capital development, revenue growth through results oriented sales and marketing strategies and merger and acquisition services for small and mid-size companies. Her success in music and business uniquely qualifies her for the challenge of growing the Night of Dreams organization.
